Monday Night Ladies Bike Ride May 9th 5:30-7:30pm Aspirus Langlade Hospital, 112 East 5th Avenue, Antigo. Want to ride bike with others? We may have a group for you! Please meet in the hospital parking lot “F” at 5:30 p.m. This is located behind St Joseph’s Annex, east of Langlade Road. There will be up to 3 groups with a 10-12 mile route & a 20-25 mile route. Tuesday Morning “Geezer” Rides May 10th 10am-Noon Antigo Public Library, 617 Clermont Street, Antigo. Meet at the parking lot behind the Antigo Public Library & Dixie at 10 am. Healthy Living With Diabetes May 10th 5-7:30pm Calvary Lutheran Church, 310 South Superior St., Antigo. This program is designed to help adults with Type II diabetes or pre-diabetes learn skills and increase their confidence in managing their diabetes. Healthy Living with Diabetes does not replace existing treatments, but rather complements the treatments a participant receives. Suggested Contribution is $10. Enrollment is limited. Bike Rodeo – A White Lake Centennial Event May 12th 9:45am White Lake School, White Lake. Children are encouraged to bring bikes to school this day. All students 4K-6th grade will participate. Rhinelander Roots Celebration May 12th 1-7pm Rhinelander City Hall, 135 S. Stevens St., Rhinelander. Moose Lake Annual Spring Cleanup May 14th 9am. Put on a pair of gloves, your boots , grab a rake and a garbage bag. Get a little dirty. Our goal is the cleanup of the Moose Lake shoreline, roadways & parking areas. Start at the location of your choice. Meet at the boat launch at 10am to document our project success and for pictures.
