For the Antigo Times

Students at All Saints Catholic School recently made a donation to the Langlade County Humane Society, where they spent an afternoon at the facility looking upon the very animals they helped raise money for.

The students raised $258 dollars through the school’s KIDS program – Kind Individuals Doing Service – by holding a bake sale to raise money for the local Humane Society. The money raised was then matched by Caring Paws, a nonprofit organization run by Juliana Bauknecht, a sixth grade student at All Saints.

The total donation to the Humane Society was $516.
