Bert Keen, of Schofield, died Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. He was 68 years old. He was born on August 19, 1949, in Antigo, a son of Dale and Arlene (Wildman) Keen.
He lived in Aniwa until the age of 8 at which time he moved to Chippewa Falls with his brother Joe. They moved to Wausau area in 1976 and Bert has been a resident there since. He worked in light manufacturing at Northern Valley Workshop. His hobbies included bowling, playing games, dancing, baking and following the Green Bay Packers.
Survivors include four sisters, Phyllis (John) Carlson, Birnamwood, Mary Keen, Wausau, Judy (Don) Schroepfer, Antigo, Particia (Tim) Geiger, Aniwa; three brothers, William (Cheryl) Keen, Antigo, Larry (Julie) Keen, Aniwa, Jerome (Jane) Keen, Aniwa.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers Joseph and Gregory Keen.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Bradley Funeral Home. Burial will take place in Queen of Peace Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services Thursday at the funeral home.
