Robert “Bob” Edward Blado, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona passed away on November 25, 2017.  He was born on September 30, 1946 in Hancock, Michigan to his parents Edward and Edna Blado.  He was 71 years of age.

Bob enlisted in the Air Force and proudly served our Country in the Vietnam War.  After his Honorable Discharge from the Air Force, with his love of helping others, he became an EMT for Bryan’s Road Volunteer Fire Department.

Bob was a Harley Motorcycle and Volkswagon enthusiast.   He also had quite a love for animals, as he had a hobby farm and used it to rescue unwanted farm animals and always had a house full of dogs and cats that were his fur babies.

Bob had married Patricia Blado and after 45 years of marriage, Patricia went to be with the Lord.  Bob was so blessed to find love again with Sandy Safemaster and they shared six wonderful years together.

Bob was preceded in death by his late wife, Patricia Blado; parents, Edward and Edna Blado; grandson, Joshua Holton.

He is survived by his life partner of six years, Sandy Safemaster; sons, David (Mindy) Blado and Michael (Rachel) Blado; daughters, Dawn (Roy) Howdyshell and Amber Blado; brother, Bill Blado; half-brother, Ed; ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, many extended family members and his angel, Rhonda.

Donations can be made in Bob’s name to the Humane Society.

Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.  Thoughts and condolences can be sent to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com.  To send the family a free card, go to www.sendoutcards.com/lietzfraze.
