Be Amazing Charitable Donation

Mike Heilmann, President of the Veterans Weekly Cup of Coffee group attended a Be Amazing
board meeting on August 19, 2025. At the meeting Mike was presented with a generous donation for the Veteran group. The donation will be used for their Veterans Meal program.

The Veterans Weekly Cup-of-Coffee is a 501c3 non-profit organization. The Veterans Meal Program is a service provided by the organization. Over the course of three and a half years, it has donated more than 2800 meals to Veterans and their families. Every Wednesday an average of 30 meals are delivered to Wausau area Veteran homes by volunteer drivers. Meals are also provided for Veterans with caregivers during the organization’s weekly meetings.

Be Amazing is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Their goal is to encourage and recognize acts of kindness, support community service projects and promote positivity. Youth involvement is a large component of their organization. Currently there are 15 school-based Be Amazing clubs in the Central Wisconsin area.
