The Northwoods’ only sauna festival returns October 25 in Woodruff

You don’t need to be a cold plunge pro to join in. On Saturday, October 25th, Unwind invites the community to experience the Fall Frost & Flame Sauna Fest — the Northwoods’ only sauna festival — a full day of saunas, cold plunges, fire pits, and connection, all for the price of a single day pass.

From 12–7PM at Unwind Spa (1106 4th Ave, Woodruff, WI), guests can move freely through the Thermic Cycle of hot → cold → rest, rotating between our signature Finnish sauna, wood-fired mobile saunas, invigorating cold plunges, and cozy recovery spaces.

• Cold Plunge Stations

What to Bring

Swimsuits are required for sauna and plunge areas. Guests are encouraged to bring two towels, a water bottle, and slip-on waterproof shoes. A robe adds extra comfort between sessions.
